My graduate!

Lydia graduated from kindergarten on May 23, 2011. She’s super excited to be in first grade now. She had wonderful behavior all year; she earned a smiley face every day. She excelled in every lesson taught. She can read most things, when she wants! She said her favorite things were her teacher and all the new friends she made. I loved hearing her stories every afternoon of how her day went. I can’t wait to see what 1st grade has in store for us!

All the kindergarten classes performed 3 separate songs for us on graduation day. I have been hearing them now for months so I felt like I knew them as well as they did. During the program, Lydia was on the front row and knew every move and word to them. She performed great! AFter the graduation program, the school had a small reception with cake and punch for everyone.
